Happiness Help For Depression
Fashionably against (unnatural)medication
Organic, natural, traditional villages, are health, the words of our time, as opposed to chemical agents, synthesis and Western medicine. If someone suffers from ADHD Ritalin do not let him because it is bad for you. If someone suffers from depression to give them something that antidepressants because it is bad for them. It is fashionable to be against any form of medication unless it is natural.
The Origin of the Fashion
What would make this fight against drugs? Health research is found or a sensation of heat back to the ideals of nature? I think that is it and that some doctors are prescribing Ritalin to any child who has a good amount of energy, while their parents are depressed and prescribed antidepressants to someone who is tired, overworked or just sad. And if that is the source of negativity, then join in the fight against drugs.
Less drastic perspective
However, a good deal of energy is not ADHD and a bit of sadness is not depression. True depression is not a psychological abnormality and not ADHD. If it did, drugs would not be useful. Food & Drink works for fatigue and sadness, but it is devastating for depression. Similarly for the sport helps a lot of energy but helps ADHD. When faced with depression and ADHD, one must be careful to give his opinion about something you do not.
Less Fashionable and more reasonable perspective
Why would people refrain from telling a cancer-patient to stop his chemotherapy because it has bad side effects and won't miss the chance to say it to a depression patient? Is it because they think the one is deadly and the other is a bad attitude? And if you realize that depression kills more people than cancer does; would you still be so eager to give somebody a piece of your mind? In my experience I have seen many people change their attitude towards depression and antidepressants when they get depression themselves. So be slower to judge and make sure of your facts before you spill your thoughts on something you do not suffer from.
I totally agree that prescribing Ritalin to kids with to much energy and antidepressants to people who is a little bit sad is a terrible mistake, but that does not mean that both Ritalin and antidepressants does not have their place. I am not a pharmacist so I do not lose or gain whether medication are sold or not, but I do care for people and there is nothing worse than telling a seriously ill person to stop taking his/her medication.
